What is Verification?

Veregen® is a vegetable ointment with spinecatechins (10%), a standardized extract of green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis). It is used for the treatment of external genital and perianal warts in adults.

The ointment contains a mixture of catechins, epigallocatechingallate (EGCG) being the main active ingredient. Veregen® offers a herbal alternative to imiquimod and Podophyllotoxin and has shown comparable efficacy in clinical studies with a low relapse rate.
