Will I definitely get a prescription?
No. The doctor decides about a prescription during the call, purely on medical grounds. Sometimes an examination in a practice is the better option.
What do I need for the call?
A phone, tablet or computer with camera and microphone and a stable internet connection. You don't need an app, the call runs in your browser.
How do I join my appointment?
After booking you receive a confirmation by email, a reminder the day before and the link to the call 15 minutes before your appointment. You can also start it in your account under “Video consultation”.
Can I get a sick note?
No. Sick notes are not part of our service. Please contact your GP for that.
Who can use the video consultation?
Adults aged 18 and over. The invoice and any prescription are private, so you don't need a health insurance card.
Is the call recorded?
No. The call takes place in a protected video room that is only opened for your appointment. We don't record anything.
Why not today?
Appointments can be booked from the next day at the earliest. This gives the doctor time to review your answers beforehand.
