Right of Withdrawal
Information about your statutory right of withdrawal under German law (§355 BGB), including exceptions for medications and the cancellation form template.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts, among others:
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery (§ 312g(2)(3) BGB). This applies in particular to medications.
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
- For digital services (e.g. medical review), the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely if the performance of the service has begun at your express request before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.
