Marvelon is an established combined antibabypille of Organon (MSD) with the gestagen Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol. The pill has been on the market since the 1980s and is one of the most commonly prescribed contraceptives worldwide.

Available Dosages

  • 0.15 mg desogestrel

How to Take

  • Daily one tablet, 21 days
  • 7 days break with bleeding
  • Start new blisters on the 8th day

Contraindications

Do not apply to thrombosis risk, liver disease, hormone-dependent tumors, pregnancy, smoking above 35.
