Active ingredient: Loratadin 10 mg
Loratadin blockiert selektiv die peripheren H1-Histaminrezeptoren und hemmt so die Wirkung des Histamins. Die Wirkung hält über 24 Stunden an.
Who is it suitable for?
Erwachsene und Jugendliche ab 12 Jahren mit allergischem Schnupfen oder chronischer Nesselsucht.
Available Dosages
Standarddosis: 1 Tablette (10 mg) einmal täglich.
How to Take
Eine Tablette einmal täglich mit oder ohne Nahrung einnehmen.
Contraindications
Nicht anwenden bei Überempfindlichkeit gegen Loratadin oder Desloratadin.
Possible Side Effects
Gelegentlich: Kopfschmerzen, Müdigkeit, Mundtrockenheit.
Interactions
