Kyleena is a hormone spiral of Bayer positioned between Mirena and Jaydess. It has the small frame of Jaydess, but a longer working period of 5 years.
The hormone dose lies between the two other spirals and offers a good balance between effectiveness and compatibility.

- Thickening of the cervical mucus

- Partial ovulation inhibition
