Cyclo-Progynova is a sequential hormone replacement therapy: for the first 11 days, only estrogen is taken, then estrogen plus a progestin for 10 days. This is followed by a break with withdrawal bleeding.
This regimen mimics the natural cycle and is suitable for women who prefer monthly bleeding.
