How to Take

Contraindications
You must not take Tadalafil AbZ in the following cases:
- Use of organic nitrates in any form – tadalafil increases their blood-pressure-lowering effect
- Use of guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat – possible drop in blood pressure with symptoms
- Heart disease for which you have been advised against sexual activity
- Heart attack within the last 90 days
- Unstable angina pectoris or angina pectoris that has occurred during sexual activity
- Heart failure of NYHA class II or higher within the last 6 months
- Uncontrolled heart rhythm disorders, low blood pressure (below 90/50 mmHg) or uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Stroke within the last 6 months
- Loss of vision in one eye due to NAION (non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy), regardless of whether the loss of vision was related to previous use of a PDE-5 inhibitor
- Hypersensitivity to tadalafil or any of the other ingredients
Possible Side Effects

- Back pain, muscle pain, pain in arms and legs
- Indigestion (dyspepsia)
- Skin redness
- Blocked nose
Uncommon (1 to 10 in 1,000 people treated), including:
- Heartburn (gastro-oesophageal reflux)
