Foster NEXThaler ist ein verschreibungspflichtiger Pulverinhalator (Trockenpulverinhalator) zur Behandlung von Asthma bei Erwachsenen. Er enthält das inhalative Kortikosteroid Beclometasondipropionat und den langwirksamen Beta-2-Agonisten Formoterolfumarat in Kombination.

Active ingredient: Beclometason/Formoterol
Beclometason wirkt entzündungshemmend in den Atemwegen und reduziert die chronische Entzündung bei Asthma. Formoterol entspannt die Muskulatur der Bronchien und erweitert sie rasch. Die Kombination bietet sowohl schnelle Bronchienerweiterung als auch langfristige Entzündungskontrolle.
Who is it suitable for?
Erwachsene ab 18 Jahren mit Asthma bronchiale, bei denen eine Kombinationstherapie aus inhalativem Kortikosteroid und langwirksamem Beta-2-Agonisten angezeigt ist.
Available Dosages
Übliche Dosierung: 1-2 Inhalationen zweimal täglich (morgens und abends). Die genaue Dosis wird vom Arzt festgelegt.
How to Take
Den NEXThaler aufrechthalten, Deckel öffnen, tief ausatmen, Mundstück umschließen, kräftig und tief einatmen, kurz Atem anhalten. Nach Anwendung Mund mit Wasser ausspülen.
Contraindications
Nicht anwenden bei Überempfindlichkeit gegen Beclometason, Formoterol oder Milchprotein (enthält Lactose).
Possible Side Effects
Häufig: Heiserkeit, Halsreizung, Mundsoor (Pilzbefall), Kopfschmerzen, Zittern. Gelegentlich: Herzklopfen, Muskelkrämpfe.
Interactions
Wechselwirkungen mit Betablockern, MAO-Hemmern, bestimmten Antidepressiva, QT-Intervall-verlängernden Arzneimitteln.
