Active Ingredients & Mechanism of Action
Active ingredient: Estradiol 1,5 mg / Levonorgestrel 0,525 mg pro Pflaster
Das Pflaster gibt Estradiol und Levonorgestrel gleichmäßig über die Haut ab. Estradiol ersetzt das fehlende Östrogen, Levonorgestrel schützt die Gebärmutterschleimhaut.
Who is it suitable for?
Frauen in der Postmenopause mit Wechseljahresbeschwerden wie Hitzewallungen und Nachtschweiß.
Available Dosages
1 Pflaster pro Woche, am gleichen Wochentag wechseln.
How to Take
Auf saubere, trockene Haut am Unterbauch oder Gesäß kleben. Klebestelle wöchentlich variieren.
Contraindications
Nicht anwenden bei Brustkrebs, östrogenabhängigen Tumoren, Thromboembolie oder Schwangerschaft.
Possible Side Effects
Häufig: Brustspannen, Kopfschmerzen, Hautreizung an der Klebestelle.
Interactions
Wechselwirkungen mit Antiepileptika, Rifampicin und Johanniskraut möglich.
