Available Dosages
Available strength:
- 1 mg capsules
Dosing in chemotherapy:
- 1-2 mg twice a day
- First dose in the evening before chemotherapy
- Continue during chemotherapy
- Up to 48 hours after last chemotherapy dose
Maximum balances:
- 6 mg daily, divided into 3 single doses

How to Take
