Nabilon acts via the endocannabinoid system:

  • Strong antiemetic (against nausea)
  • Easy to relieve pain
  • Arousing appetite
  • Anxiolytic (anxiolytic)

  • Good organic bioavailability
  • Start of action: 1-2 hours
  • Working time: 8-12 hours

Who is it suitable for?

Canemes is approved by:

  • nausea and vomiting by chemotherapy (if standard antiemetics fail)

Provisions:

  • Other anti-emetics not sufficiently effective
  • Medical regulation on BtM recipe

Not suitable:

  • In severe psychiatric diseases

Available Dosages

Available strength:

  • 1 mg capsules

Dosing in chemotherapy:

  • 1-2 mg twice a day
  • First dose in the evening before chemotherapy
  • Continue during chemotherapy
  • Up to 48 hours after last chemotherapy dose

Maximum balances:

  • 6 mg daily, divided into 3 single doses

Important: Individual dose determination under medical supervision.

How to Take

Intake:

  • Swallow capsules with water
  • Independent meals possible
  • First dose in the evening before chemotherapy

Contraindications

  • hypersensitivity to nabilone or cannabinoids
  • Severe mental illnesses
